Next Level Sports Pool, LLC (NLSP) respects and has a mission to protect your privacy. The site is a safe environment for anyone who visits, creates a league and pays for the service. We are committed to providing you with the best possible online service and pool hosting experience. The purpose of this policy statement is to fully share with you a description of the information we collect, how we use that information, and how you can access, correct or delete your information. Next Level Sports Pool will not rent or sell any information provided to us.
When you visit the NextLevelSportsPool.com site, some basic information is collected that does not identify individual users. This includes which pages are visited and viewed. We then assemble and analyze this information to improve the site to make your impressions of the site as valuable and efficient as possible. Viewing the landing page and associated description pages can be done anonymously and without requiring registration to the website.
To complete the Create League process and gain continual access to the My Leagues pages, an account must be created. Once registration is complete, users can create pools, add contests, pay invoices for site hosting fees, and invite others to join existing and new leagues. Cookies are used to validate a user's identity. An email verification process is conducted to confirm a valid email is being used in the creation of an account. Once an account is created or a user logs in with an existing account, the system writes a cookie to the user's browser with a unique identifier.
We store each user's username, name (first and last), email address, and phone number upon creation of an account. We also store the leagues and pools created by the user. We do not store any payment information, such as credit card numbers, as all transactions are processed through third-party providers. We do not share any information with third parties except as described in this policy statement.
We provide you with various controls and choices regarding the collection, use, and sharing of your information, in compliance with applicable laws. These options include the ability to correct, update, and delete your registration account through the Edit Profile page. You can also manage your preferences for reminder emails and offers or promotions for our products and services via your account settings. Additionally, you have control over targeted advertising from numerous ad networks, partners, data exchanges, and marketing analytics and digital advertising service providers. We use the contact information you provide about yourself when registering with NLSP to send you reminder notices to make your picks, pay for invoices when a contest begins (commissioner only), to send you promotions for upcoming tournaments and to use page-view activity internally for statistical reasons. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete payment.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you with an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
California Residents - Your California Privacy Rights (As provided by California Civil Code Section 1798.83). California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits individuals who are California residents to request certain information regarding disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. A California resident who has provided personal information to a business with whom he/she has established a business relationship for personal, family, or household purposes ("California customer") is entitled to request information about whether the business has disclosed personal information to any third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes. Next Level Sports Pool will not respond to requests from any individuals who are not consumers or authorized agents as defined under the CCPA.
Remitting payment for user fees is absolutely safe due to being handled by Stripe, the industry leader in online payment systems. We guarantee that each purchase you make is protected and safe. If fraudulent charges are ever made, you will not have to pay for them. Your credit card information is secure using the Stripe payment system. Stripe maintains their own privacy and security policies. If you have questions about these services, or how they handle the information they receive, please contact Stripe.
All information provided to Stripe to complete the order will be shared with Next Level Sports Pool in order to confirm payment. This does not apply to your credit card information. NLSP will never have access to your credit card number.
You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by logging in and clicking Edit Profile or by submitting a request on the privacy request page.
The exception, as explained above in the "Credit Card Processing and Security" section, is your billing information, since it is not kept in our system. We will never ask for your Credit Card number. You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
By using NextLevelSportsPool.com site, you consent to the collection and use of your information by NLSP as described in this policy. Any legal disclaimer statements (i.e., terms and conditions, etc.) on our website and in our software do not negate the promises made in the privacy policy.
Next Level Sports Pool fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to release information about members who we believe are in violation of our content guidelines. We also reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we reasonably believe to be unlawful.

We believe in this “better mousetrap” and the overall Next Level Sports Pool offering that provides a forum to bring friends and family together. User fees are only charged for those submitting picks and done so following the start of each contest. Creating a league and adding contests will not incur a fee.
However, should you not be satisfied with the Next Level Sports Pool offering, features and functionality, we will gladly give you a refund of the user fees. We always make an effort to make the customer happy in a fair and just manner.
